WiFi and 4G calling option not showing in settings

Hi, I have an o2 PAYG and iPhone 7, I am not seeing any option to switch on WiFi and 4G calling - can you please explain how I can enable it?  Thanks

Thanks - Wow just amazing their chat agents don't know what hey're talking about, I went through a long chat with them yesterday to ask about visual voicemail and wifi calling and he told me both are also on PAYG, just wasted a tenner on top up as well because I am not going to be able to use it without those two features.
