Hello guys,

Do any of you have any idea why on PAYG you are not allowed to use wi-fi calling?

I live in an area where I have poor reception and the only fix they have is for me to have a contract.

I was almost made to feel bad for choosing PAYG and quickly pointed towards having a contract.

So, again, any of you guys have any idea why on PAYG you are not allowed to use wi-fi calling?
It is more of a curiosity as I will soon migrate to competition who guess what, they have wi-fi calling for PAYG.

Cheers

Purely just a business decision by O2.

You can get a monthly SIM only plan for the same price as PAYG so it persuades people to switch.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
