Hello all; I have just purchased new Samsung A51s from Argos for myself (O2 PAYG) and my wife (O2  contract). I was advised before buying them that they will be able to use Wi Fi calling when we are home due to poor network signal however after setting both phones up with latest software/firmware Wi Fi calling facility does not show anywhere in settings/apps etc..

Tried O2 CS but was just told PAYG does not support wi fi calling which I thought was quite unfair, I forgot to ask them about my wife`s contract phone as to why it did not show either on hers.. Just wondering if anyone can shed any light/views on this issue as I was really hoping to have this facility available.. Been with O2 for years but now dissapointed..

Thank you for any help...

You need to ask O2 to activate wifi calling on the monthly contract account.

Then it needs activating in MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You would be able to get Wifi calling on your phone if you changed from PAYG to a sim only contract.
