I checked my balance on 18 september and it was £8.52.

I did not use the phone until I check the balance again on 29th october and it was £9.29.

Why has the balance increased?

@JohnJohn

If you use any amount of data, O2 take £2 from your balance.

At the end of that day, they refund the difference between the £2 and the actual amount of data used.

This explains why your balance can decrease and increase over a 24 hour period.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Welcome to the o2 Community Forum

We are a customer community and have no access to customer accounts, but can advise;

Seems that you would need to ask o2 customer services if they can tell you they have a Social Media Team here:If this helps and it works for you the
