Why did I get charged 20p?

Hello
I've just registered for the £5 Big Bundle with unlimited calls & texts. I had a balance of £10,& £5 was taken for the Big Bundle. That's all fine.

I made a few calls to mobiles & 0208 numbers. After he first few, everything was fine, my balance was still £5. But then after I called my home landlines (0208) & then hung up before it went to answer machine, it says my balance is now £4.80!

Why did I get charged 20p?

We can not take a look into individual accounts within the community. I would recommend calling 4445 from your mobile, which is a free call and speak to one of our customer service team.

They can then look into what has happened and help you.

But when I call & give my security phrase the line just hangs up. When I give 3 characters from the security phrase I get a message saying I can't be connected, try later.

The website live chat doesn't seem to work & they're are no helpful details on MyO2. I was hoping this community forum may help.
