I have a new sim in my new phone and you have given me 2 gb to help me set my apps etc up. I put £10 on my balance to pay for my big bundle and now there is only £6.50 left Why??

I have sent a message via facebook, but from recent experience know it will be 2 or 3 days before they reply!
