I have a new sim in my new phone and you have given me 2 gb to help me set my apps etc up. I put £10 on my balance to pay for my big bundle and now there is only £6.50 left Why??

I have sent a message via facebook, but from recent experience know it will be 2 or 3 days before they reply!

Unfortunately, we are a Community Forum made up of customers like yourself so we have no other access other than those mentioned 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
