I topped up £10 on my PAYG on 19th September.

Roaming is off, I have sent no texts or made any calls.

My balance today is apparently £0.

Where has this gone then?

Your credit is exchanged for allowances so you get calls and texts included. 

You can check in your MyO2

@Harish You have what’s known as a big bundle sim. You need to top up every 30 days to receive your monthly allowance
