I switched to the rolling plan in November, but in January they took me off the rolling plan for no reason, but are still charging me at the start of every month. I tried contacting payment support but they said they weren't able to help, unless I had a GED number. I can't find this anywhere - where can I locate it? From my bank? From O2? I know it's a payment confirmation number but I've never received any number from O2 regarding payment confirmation. Please help!
Also, is there any way I cancel the direct debit I'm being charged for the rolling plan every month? Customer service so far have been unable to help me.

You will find it on the DD reference - so you may need to speak to your bank.
Did you actually cancel your contract before moving to PAYG

I've contacted my bank so hopefully they'll have it.
No I didn't cancel the rolling plan at all - O2 removed me from it themselves with no warning & no explanation, and I'm now back on my original payg tariff as that's the best customer service could do in January. However, I'm still being charged for the rolling plan, and this morning I got a text from O2 saying they were unable to take payment for this months rolling plan, even though the money was taken from my bank account. So I seem to still be on the rolling plan somewhere in their system, but no where that customer service or I can find. And my money is going somewhere they can't trace either. It's a bit of a mess

My bank have said there's no GED number linked to the payment. Not sure what to do from here

Hi! The exact same thing happened to me as well! Do you mind telling me if you solved it eventually? Thank you so much!!

Two transactions this morning from O2, both were fraud, contact the bank and report fraud, money was refunded and O2 will have to sort out their mess, all phone calls to them were a total waste of my time and effort, I was with O2 for 28 years, absolute joke and the worst of all providers of these services.
