Hi guys

im with O2 and have been for over 10 years, as a PAYG customer.  It works very well for my lifestyle & what I use my phone for, simply topping up £10 every month for my unlimited bundle. I’m now very tempted to change to another provider who are offering exactly the same benefits for £6.50 a month but as a sweetener are also throwing in a £30 gift card to new customers!!

as us PAYG’oers are of a different breed to  ‘monthly contracted’ customers (o2 makes this difference very aware coz PAYG customers cant sort any issues or get help via live chat) what department can I email before making a decision & where can I find contact details to do this?

thanks 🙏
