Hi
I set up a phone for my mother as emergency phone £10 on Pay as You Go but after three months money has gone as not used.
1) what is best tariff for this
2) why should this money be lost

Your only option with O2 now is a bundle tariff https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles
If you want a classic PAY tariff on the O2 network, you need to look at Tescoo or giffgaff sim cards.

Thanks for the replies. Seemed to have set to £5 bundle although thought had set for Classic which my own phone is on and gets little use but do not lose monies as long as use it once every few months.
Although added £10 this afternoon and states only have £5.
