You could try reinstalling the app to see if that gives you the options

Sometimes, simply restarting the phone helps

Failing that you would need to call customer service on 4445

Its on all devices. So I sadly need to call the customer service. The problem is, I'm afraid of my English skills lol

If this is a new sim then yes, you need to top up first.
