Hello,
I rang O2 Customer Services for a new replacement Pay as You Go SIM card on Thursday with my existing number and they said they would send me a new one in the post. Do you know how long it will take?
Also the old SIM is still working? Does that mean my number hasn't been transferred over yet? It was only Thursday but as my old SIM is still working I wonder if things haven't gone to plan?
😃

It's clearly no been ordered as your old sim would have gone off immediately.
Why a replacement anyway?
It's probably easier to order a new free on online and do a sim swap yourself.

Hi @MI5 I rang O2 Customer services and I made a complaint about it as I should have been sent one last week. They are sending me another one through the post. MMS wasn't working and they suggested a new card and my card is getting quite worn so they suggested a new SIM card. If it still doesn't come I'll get a new one from a shop and do a SIM swap. Though I'm a bit disappointed with O2 Customer Services that I didn't get one first time round.
