This is my number [Removed], I am using it in Ghana but my credit got finished and my wife bought me 10 pounds, I am trying to recharge it says my call is restricted and I see this call baring on it. I dont know what it is, can you please help me and its very urgent. Thank You !
@Kelvin It looks like you have an international roaming bar on your account. This is not O2. You need to call customer service & please remove your phone number as this is a public customer forum

It's not a good time to call due to the current network issues and all the important people calling O2 for compensation. It should ease off over the weekend I guess.
