This is my number [Removed], I am using it in Ghana but my credit got finished and my wife bought me 10 pounds, I am trying to recharge it says my call is restricted and I see this call baring on it. I dont know what it is, can you please help me and its very urgent. Thank You !

@Kelvin It looks like you have an international roaming bar on your account. This is not O2. You need to call customer service & please remove your phone number as this is a public customer forum

I just tried contacting their customer service and it says 

We're just checking to see if there's an available agent.

 I've been waiting forever.. How long does it take ?

It's not a good time to call due to the current network issues and all the important people calling O2 for compensation.
It should ease off over the weekend I guess.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
