I have a serious issue with my phone and want to contact customer service, it appears it just does not exist, the websoite tennis balls you from one link to another, then ask if i like to speak to another 02 user, why? What on earth do I need to speak to another customer for, I need to speak to an 02 advisor... where are they, this website and phone compnay are driving me nuts .. it just another faceless website  but very happy to keep taking your money!

 

GIVE ME S~OME ANSWERS   

How do I get in touch with an 02 advisor?
