Voice Mail prompt Issue

My number is giving me voicemail prompt again and again, but when I'm calling on voicemail number it is saying no voicemail available, i am tired of the notifications. please help or reset my number

You may need to switch-off voicemail, wait a short while, and then re-enable it again as described in Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901 @DK7,.

Otherwise, this is known to work:

You need to call your mobile from another phone and leave yourself a message.

Then listen to it and delete it on your mobile which will reset the stuck notification.
