Bought a bolt on to use my phone in Ireland and still won’t work

What phone do you have and what network are you trying to roam on?

1st thing to check is do you have credit / sufficient inclusive minutes
Then select 3G as a network option
If these dont work then you will need to speak to Customer Services

I have iPhone 6s I’m on o2 I have a bolt on applied and I can’t contact customer services because my phone won’t work

Sounds like a roaming bar.

Use Skype to contact customer service.
