I am on monthly Pay as you go service.
lost my sim card during my holiday. Got a new sim card to transfer my previous number. Called O2 customer service THREE bloody times and all these three people were only interested in selling a MONTHLY CONTRACT CONTRACT CONTRACT. Shat the heck is wrong with these people!
Have been with with O2 for few years now and never had this issue before.
got an info through one of those people that now O2 is being run by some other network or something (not interested anyways). still didn’t get my number swapped. Anyone knows a genuine helpful customer service contact please? Or The other option is to change my network.

Thanks for your response
i did tell them that “while on holiday I lost my Sim card”.
the third customer service was too rude though
she said “if you don’t take this £10 monthly contract then your number won’t be swapped” and when i confronted her with her statement she literally changed and put me on hold and eventually hung up😁
Once again, thanks for your reply but now I have changed my number to a different one with another Network provider.
