I recently paid off my Refresh contract and kept my number for PAYG. I moved to Brazil and wanted to use a sim card from Brazil. It says my phone is blocked. How can i get this unblocked to use a brazilian sim?

Most companies only allow you to unlock the phone if you have been with them for 6 months or a year.

There are no such restrictions with O2.
