My postcode is cv32 the o2 signal has been down for a month now .I cannot use the mobile phone I am housebound and vuneable and have missed dotors calls .Please I need to change provider immediately .How do I do this .I have a pay as you go contract

@phil1db In the interim while you're switching providers you can download Skype, buy credit to make local calls, and even get a temporary number so you can be contacted during this crisis.
