Urgent! Short Codes

Hi, I recently got my pay as you go sim. I topped up the new sim with £10, However I have been unable to send any shortcode messages to 82122 and 60154 respectively. These are live radio competitions, I would definitely appreciate the help.

Your bundle allowances do not include shortcodes which are chargeable.

You need to make an additional topup to add credit to your account.

I recently topped up with £20 in order to activate the bundle. Surely the remaining £10 should account as credit? However I have still not been able to send short codes.
