Hi 

Since upgrading my fone xxxxxxxxxxx a few months ago I have been getting charged a extra monthly charge for a number I don't have,this is a mistake on your side as the upgrade was for the number mentioned above can you please rectify this

Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

Please also remove your number as forum is public.
