@Nina1 This is O2's standard practice, or parlour trick, if you like. There's every chance your phone is out of stock, as O2's stock reporting isn't actually live. If they eventually get stock in, you'll be notified by email and be sent a confirmation with a tracking number. If it isn't, you'll be refunded, but not before O2 have made a little interest off the money you've given them up front. Only way to find out is to use the link provided above by @jonsie.
