I just upgraded to a new 5g compatable phone and new upgraded allowance .
I recieved my new phone, that included a new sim.
Do i use my old sim from my old 4g phone ?
Or do i use the new sim ?
If i use the old sim will it be 5g compatible ?
If i use the new sim, will it be a new number.
TIA

You need to use your new sim to get 5G

Your old sim will only be 4G compatible

You need to do a sim swap

Follow this guide

Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

Text SWAP from your OLD sim and follow the instructions in the return text

@Robjam123

Currently the 5g sim is blank.

If you want to use it, start a sim swap from your old sim Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

If not, your new allowances will already be on your old sim, so just use it in the new phone.
