Unused data

I don't have internet on my phone and have no social media accounts. It just text and call only. Why do I have to pay for data that I NEVER use? Is there not a plan that's text and call only?

O2 only do Big Bundle tariffs for PAYG

If you want the Classic Tariff where you just pay for what you use, you need to get a Classic sim from Tesco or giffgaff. They both use the O2 network.
