Hello, I see in my bank account 5 unrecognized payments for 70£ in Overall. They are named „ o2 pay and go slough uk”. I dont know what it is, can you Please help

Press 2 for Everything Else Press 5 for More Options Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone. Talk to your bank's fraud department immediately - they will deal with this, including recovering the money, if the transactions are not down to you. You'll usually find a customer service number on the back of your credit/debit card.
This happened to me, and Halifax were very good about it - apparently I'd bought loads of train tickets and mobile top-ups..
