Hi, I need some advice on weather or not my device is in the process of being unlatched or not.
I received a case I.D back within a couple of minutes saying that my phone has not been used on the network, so it is not possible - which was strange as I have used it a few times with my new sim.
So I went back to submit my info again just to make sure I put the IMEI in correctly, but this time I have got a Green tick with a message saying I have already submitted a request for this number.
Am I being a little impatient or is it all in hand or do I need to ring someone?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

I wasn’t sure if I was just being a bit to impatient, it’s only as the initial response came through very quick.
