Hi @Belen - The form link has been replaced by a link in MyO2, but as you have no active O2 account, I am guessing, then that avenue is closed to you: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/unlocking-an-o2-mobile-to-use-on-a-different-networ.... and this link: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/unlocking-an-o2-mobile-to-use-on-a-different-netwo...

This means you will need to call O2, numbers in here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support - Call just after 08:00am UK time. Or contact O2 via Social media, links are just below this post for Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Good luck!

Hi @Belen - all the info you need is in here. Most O2 phones sold in the last few years have not been locked to O2 in any case, but the Guide: Unlocking an O2 phone to use a different SIM card will help you confirm that. Good luck!

Thank you for the info.
The phone is locked. From 2017. I do not longer use it, but I want to unlock it to use it in Mexico. The link in the post your shared doesn’t work.
I do not have a phone provided anymore, but in the past was o2

Hi @Belen

Really great advice by @pgn.  However if you want the phone unlocked quickly, I would take it to a market stall or shop dealing with mobile phone repairs and unlocking. They will get it done in in less than 30 minutes usually.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum 😉
