This is a public forum @Andrew11, so anyone and everyone can see it.
Please come back and remove your number.
If you want to unlock your phone to use another sim in it, the best way is to use the My o2 app and request it there.

@Andrew11 To add to what @gmarkj has advised. To remove your number, go to Options in the right hand corner of your post, then the drop down Edit Reply
