I don't check my balance often as I rarely use my mobile, but found that it has suddenly reduced by over £7. How can I find out what and when it was used to account for this reduction in balance. I haven't made a phone call for ages (over a year). I just send the occasional text (no pictures) or briefly check a map, using mobile data. I immediately switch off mobile data when used.

The only way to check is to call customer service on 4445

Many thanks. According to the person I spoke to, I had subscribed to some service I had never heard of. He has refunded the amount taken by this outfit.

That's a good outcome for you thumbsup

You should also ask O2 to put a block on all charge to mobile and direct to bill charges to prevent this happening again.
