I just switched from monthly to Pay as you go, and moved my number. It took a few painful phone calls to get everything working as the number port didn’t work initially. Now all is ok except that if I look in sim manager and also in “about phone” it says “unknown number” on my SIM. It works fine but just wondered if this is normal or something to be concerned about? I assume it’s because of the number move to the new sim, but seems a bit weird. Also, how long before My02 app updates, says I have zero balance when I know this isn’t right

24 hours for your MyO2 to update and no number is perfectly normal with O2 as they don't push numbers to sim cards over the air.
