Unable to top up

I received my new SIM today and I've tried topping up with 4 different cards from 4 different providers, each time I'm told it's an issue with my bank and to call them.

It's clearly not my bank unless all 4 banks are having exactly the same issue. O2 customer services have been no help whatsoever and I can't even get my call through to be answered.

Apparently this is my only option to get help...

Your first top up needs to be done with a voucher Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)
