I am on a £15 data Big Bundle. I've received a new debit card which I have added to my account (via phone with O2 and online) however still cannot top up my account. My balance is zero and I can't make any calls. I have tried to contact O2 again both by phone and online and have been unable to resolve the issue. What do I need to do?

As you have a new card, this won't be registered with O2. You need to use a voucher first and then you will be able to register your card.

Hi, is it your first top up with a new phone? If you topped up £15 for the very first time then the credit is instantly taken out when Big Bundle is active and the balance goes back to zero, but you get your Big Bundle allowance. You then need to top up again to build the credit up. Could that be the cause?
