Unable to send texts on isle of man

Hello. My mum is currently overseas in the isle of man and is roaming on Manx Telecom. She can receive SMS but whenever she sends them they fail to go. Anyone any ideas?

I've tried the usual reboot, select a manual network etc but nothing works.

If none of that helps, maybe she could use Messenger or Whatsapp over Wifi to keep in touch with family?

Is the phone she is using set up with RCS @PhoneChanger ?
If yes it could be trying to send via data but she might not have it working.

Try either swapping to SMS, or when she is connected to WiFi.
