Unable to renew bundle despite top up

Hello,

i was unable to renew my data this month despite having topped up. I previously tried to attach screenshots of messages that show I have topped up but it is not working. 
Also, i am currently abroad and won’t be back before a week. Will I lose my number by then? What can I do to solve this?
