Unable to received security codes from Bank, NHS etc. to login to their services. I've been advised that they delivery notifications they're receiving from O2 have a status of "Temporary failure" so its an O2 issue. I've already rebooted phone and can receive other text messages from friends, delivery companies etc. just not these "A2P" messages. Can anyone advise? I've been trying since last week and still can't login to banking, book a doctor appointment etc. 😞

@Helmo

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram

https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media

or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

Perhaps, but raising it on here also in case someone else had the same issue and they were able to fix themselves.

I can assure you the only text help you can try yourself is here Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) which probably won't help your issue.

Yours is related to a specific account setting which only O2 can fix.

Maybe, but no harm in asking the O2 community as well while I wait for O2 to reply slight_smile
