Attempting to order a PAYG SIM always results in the following error:

'Something went wrong, your order has not been submitted. Please try again later'

Hi @mfrench71 - try a different browser or clear cache and cookies on your current browser, if you can.

Failing that, a new SIM can be picked up in an O2 shop, if there is one convenient to you.

PS. I was able to order one just now, no issue, from O2 website, so the browser cache is probably what is getting in your way.
