I had a txt mgs asking me to top up by the 20/6/2020 and I would recieve an extra £10 this I did another mgs came through telling me it had been loaded when in fact it hadnt only the £10 I had paid to top up had been added .only asking here as cannot get on live chat.

Customer service need to add it manually for you @Christine01 

It can sometimes take 24 hours for bonus credit to be added automatically

Live chat usually pops up when browsing the shop pages due to the limited service O2 are able to provide at the moment.

It's Normally a virtual £10 credit, which means it don't show on your Balance but it will use that £10 first, there is normally an expiry date on the £10 virtual top up, which should be on the text. Hope this helps
