I had a txt mgs asking me to top up by the 20/6/2020 and I would recieve an extra £10 this I did another mgs came through telling me it had been loaded when in fact it hadnt only the £10 I had paid to top up had been added .only asking here as cannot get on live chat.

It can sometimes take 24 hours for bonus credit to be added automatically
