Hi all,

I purchased a Like New PAYG phone from the o2 website which was clearly described a USB C type connectors.

However, while I received the correct phone model - it is Micro USB.

I have rang PAYG Customer services several times but still not got a returns code.

After explaining the issue and providing my details 3 times, I have been disconnected once transferred to the Returns team.

On one occasion, I did get through and was assured I would receive an email and text with details on how to return the phone using the Royal Mail returns website. However, 5hrs later I still have not received any email etc.

Calling back, I just get disconnected once I get transferred to Returns.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Thanks.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Thanks - managed to get through at 8:30am in the morning after speaking to 3 different people.

I was then told to just google O2 Returns label, download the label, fill it out and send it back via the local post office.

Not sure what the other person was telling me the previous day about getting an authorisation email with tracking number to use on the Royal mail returns website?
