Trying to get Balance by text

I am sending the word BALANCE to 20202 but recently I am getting no reply.
I have tried several times today but nothing.
I prefixed one of the messages with *0# and got a message back saying it has been delivered but still no balance text.
Any ideas?

It started working since my last message but has since gone again.
Cannot use myo2 as it will not let me register. I receive error message:
‘Sorry, we can't find any products or services for mobile number 07xxxxxxxxx’
I contacted O2 and they said I would need ditch the email address I have had for years and start a fresh one which isn’t on.
Currently in dispute with o2 on this matter...
