Good day,

I'm travelling to canada shortly. I have the travel inclusive bolt on and the international travel to the 75 countries outside the EU, so what will the situation be as far as roaming and sending texts once I’m there?

If you have the Travel Inclusive Bolt on, you will use your phone without cost whilst in Canada with limitations ie you’ll get a daily allowance of 120 minutes and 120 texts, and data, when you roam in our O2 Travel Inclusive Zone. Please be aware though that O2 have limited all data to 25GB a month.

You should also contact O2 before you travel to ensure you have no roaming bars on your account. Numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
