Transferring Credit

Hello,

We're a school and we have several mobile phone numbers on different networks.

We're trying to move all our numbers onto the same network so its easier to manage. However, this will mean moving 3 mobile phone numbers from o2 to another provider.

Can we take the credit with us to the new provider or will that be lost? We've paid for the credit so surely that is ours to use and to transfer to the new provider?

Thanks in advance

@toftwood  No, you would not be able to move your credit to another provider. Use up what you've got before you switch. You can port the numbers, but not the credit.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Thank you for your reply.

Hi @toftwood
When I changed provider years ago now, I used up all my credit first. I was a low user so took time it's always been the same. Anyway good luck with your decisions and welcome to the o2 community forum
