I have bought an IPhone from you and am changing to pay as you go. I’m looking to transfer my number and cancel my monthly contract. How do I do that?

You need to pay off all and any outstanding payments on the device before you can move to PAYG. As you can't have a device plan without airtime
You can do this by contacting Customer Services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 and they can then help you with this.
