Topped up £10 voucher but can't get mobile data on it

Hi you need to choose a tariff that has data allowance so you can use data for example £10 Data Big Bundle. What tariff are you on? If you join £10 Data Big Bundle for example you get 7GB of data per month plus rollover for £10 a month.
