Hi I got a message to tell me to top up £10 I did now it looks as if it’s been taken off when I have been using my phone today I am ready to change from o2

There seems to be problems with Top Ups  O2 are aware.

Give them a call on 4445.

 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
