Topping up

I am trying to top my daughters sim card for a rolling plan, but its not letting me use any of my debit cards, I have used the same card to top mine and my sons sim card up for the rolling plan, but wont let me do my daughters, any help would be much appreciated

This has probably been the problem

O2 have rules in place on the number of mobiles that can be topped up using the same debit card

Also if it's the first top up then it usually has to be done by voucher
