Hi there,
I am from Australia. My partners sister lives in the uk and sourced us a SIM card with o2 for us to use during our European travels. I am attempting to top up and it won’t let me. I have tried using the website and following instructions on the phone. It just says that it isn’t available to top up. Can someone help me or explain why I am having so much trouble?

The first top up needs to be done with a voucher and subsequent top ups either need to be from a UK bank, via voucher or on a specialist website.
