Topping up online

Hi, I'm unable to top up with debit card. Checked with bank and card is ok.

You need to top up with a voucher first

I tried to buy a top up voucher at mobiletopup.co.uk via PayPal and debit and neither worked.

I actually meant a top up voucher from a cashpoint or local shop. However if you can't top up at all, then you need to call O2. All numbers are in this guide
