Topping up on O2

I have a Motorola G8 mobile, which takes dual SIMS.  I have been using network 3 on my previous 'phone, but lately I have found credit isn't lasting as long.  I want to stay on pay as you go.  Many networks are not very good in Orkney where I live, but O2 is good.  I bought an O2 SIM, and yesterday put £10 credit on it.  When I tried to make a call today, it told me I had no credit!  Is there something I should do after I have put my credit on?

@Bedbug

All O2 PAYG sims are now "bundles"

Any credit you add is converted into allowances, so if you only put on enough credit to buy your bundle, your credit will be zero.

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

You can make any calls to included numbers, you also get unlimited texts and a data allowance (depending on your bundle).

What is included within your allowances can be found here Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
