I have topped up twice in the last 48 hours. 1 top up generally lasts me a month but I keep getting messages that my balance is zero. I'm a nurse and still working so it's kinda important that I can use my phone. I've not used it more than usual because I am still working. I definitely can't afford to top up every day.

Hi @Rorymeow

Unless you are prepared to give customer service a call, then we would no idea why you are running out so quickly. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

You may want to think about a 30 day sim only contract where you get unlimited minutes and data?

It would work out cheaper in the long run

@Rorymeow

Check your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 to see if you have allowances to use.

If credit is going that quickly, something is very wrong or something is using your credit as soon as you top up.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
